In this session you receive a relaxing massage, and a loving exploration of what the body is saying to you through its’ tensions.This releases held emotions, gives insight into new possibilities, and invites positive feelings to emerge and expand. You may choose to address a particular issue, or simply open to whatever is revealed during the session. We end with a deeply relaxing cranio-sacral stillness hold, letting you rest and integrate the new into your body, mind and heart.

Reiki/Energy Work
Reiki was originally developed by a Japanese buddhist monk who was able to heal through still, gentle touch. He developed the science of Reiki; through the deep presence of the therapist, allowing the healing love of the universe to pass through the hands, and heal whatever in the receiver is ready to be healed. It has been known to alleviate chronic pain, relax mental and emotional stress, and bring a feeling of deep peace.
Energy Work is focused according to the therapist’s intuitive reading of your energies. Although it also is relaxing and works because of the heartful presence of the therapist using stillness and touch, it may include work that is more specifically targeted, such as releasing tension in a certain area, or helping new energies to flow.

7 Oils Chakra Balancing Massage
This fabulous treatment uses 7 uniquely luxurious organic essential oil blends, each vibrationally attuned to one of the seven basic chakras. Each oil is applied to the area of the body where its’ corresponding chakra is housed, and massaged in with strokes which awaken and soothe the energy of that chakra. In each area, you are invited to inhale the fragrance of the oil, and introduced to the essence of that chakra with a few simple key words, before relaxing into the massage and experiencing the nature of the chakra from within. This process invites relaxation and aligns the chakras so that your energy can flow in a balanced way – you have nothing to do but relax and receive the treatment as an inner journey.

Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian massage performed traditionally by native Hawaiians as a rite of passage from childhood to adulthood. Long, rhythmic flowing strokes mostly with forearms sweep up and down the body, repeating like ocean waves that sweep away the old and bring new fresh energy in, over and over until the old is gone and the new is born. Finishing with deep gentle work on the chest and heart area this session is extremely nourishing, very relaxing, and can be deeply transforming.

Ayurvedic Massage
Ayurveda, the ancient healing science from India, is over 5000 years old and highly developed. In Ayurveda, every symptom or illness is a result of being out of balance with your own unique constitution. All Ayurvedic massage is designed to bring the body mind and energy back into harmony and balance with itself. After a brief consultation to determine which oil, type and pressure of massage strokes to be used, you will receive a balancing massage using methods which help you to feel more imbalance, soothed, refreshed and energized.

Ayurvedic Abhiyanga Massage
Abhiyanga massage is a highly developed sequence of particular strokes which are very flowing and pleasant. The soothing, rhythmic pattern of strokes stimulate the body systems to work together, press the dosha balancing oil into the body so it can be absorbed, stimulate the lymphatic system, and open energy channels. It feels very good, and supports optimum health.

Abhiyanga with Shirodhara
Abhiyanga massage can prepare you for the half hour Shirodhara treatment. After some Ayurvedic head massage and the facial marma points treatment (which harmonizes the body systems), warm sesame oil flows in a gentle stream across the forehead, washing away excess mental tension, balancing the pineal gland and letting you drop into a sea of deep peacefulness. This treatment is profoundly relaxing for anyone, and can be especially helpful for worry/anxiety, speedy, racing thoughts, eye problems, headaches or head tension.
