This course gives you an in-depth, experiential understanding of the Vedic 7 chakra system, as well as skills for working with chakra energies; in yourself and

in the energy work part of your sessions with clients.

Using guided inner exploration, heart meditation, energy and touch exercises, movement and dance, we discover and expand our energy centers and subtle energy bodies.

You wil:

– Become familiar with the 7 chakra energies

– Gain tools for transforming stuck or uncomfortable energies

– Expand sensitivity and energy gifts

– Learn tools for staying centered

– Learn a unique way of transformation through dance and body awareness

– Learn to give an energy session
